Problems motivating

I have no idea how to sort this. Some of my players start to not get motivated but if i leave matches to my assistant everything is cool. am needing bit advice?

After a match go to your squad and have a look at the Team Talk Feedback for each match and look how each player reacts, then base your next team talks on that.

well see some of my players start talkin bout my lack of experience to manage the club when i first start, how no one else speaks of this problem?

When you play your matches keep an eye on your players motivation. Base your team talk on this and see how it changes.

no problem. got any advice on how to set up a defence extremely slow defenders? a mean davie weir is on his last legs

Um Davie Weir! Hes ancient Lol. You should invest in some fitter and quicker defenders tbh. Have a look at your reserves to see if theres anyone you could promote.

slow defenders suck. ¨Put the defense as low as possible and arrow down, and get rid of them as sson as possible.
