Problems putting editor files into game?

Sorry if this has been asked before had a look but couldnt find anything.
I have downloaded a number of custom scenarios and databases then put them into the SI folder then the editor files folder however cannot seem to put them into the game to use.

Any help is much appreciated.

Have you been extracting the files using WinRAR?

Is the file actually called 'Editor data' ?
