Problems uploading my tactic seem fine but cant be downloaded

ive uploaded my tactic i was told it couldnt be downloaded as when u click on download file (even when i click it) the following comes ups:

no matter who clicks it this has come up i hope someone is able to help cause this is bugging me as it my first tactic ive upload and im dying to see others opinion on it

What also helps is using correct English and not txt or slang in the file descriptions. I'm sick of brain dead morons taking up my day clogging up the downloads section with meaningless files.

I understand where you are coming from and i apologise for that, althrough i was unaware of these rules at the time as only really starting to use this website now. Ok i should of been aware but it was a rookie mistake. I know you probably are fed up of people doing this on a regular basis but that is no excuse on being rude towards me.
