problems with a new pc

can anyone help please i've just got a new pc and want to play fm on it but when i put the disc in the drive it doesn't even register that its in there. The drive works fine with every other disc i've tried and the disc works in the old pc. Is this something to do with copywright i'm not sure how in fix this problem

Well you could try using Steam? Do you have Steam? Either way here is the instructions on how to install a game on steam

1. On Steam press the "Games" tab
2. Select "Activate a product on Steam"
3. Copy the code found on the back of your FM10 handbook into the box provided
4. The game will activate and begin installing

I would recommend doing this your disc/CDDrive is broken..

I found steam better this time round. Having no problems with it unlike with FM09.
