any one help me out? trying to work out how to upload a picture for my profile on this site.... cant seem to work it out!

the pics need to be certain sizes

if you use picnik thats how i do mine it will say what size under where you have the option of upload

View your profile>Customize profile>Edit profile picture, or avatar whichever you want to edit.
