Profit Maker Challenge!

The challenge is to make the highest percentage of profit at a club without getting sacked. I dont believe there is a challenge like this around at the moment.

What happens is you may choose any team to manage with any manager reputation but no FMRTE or editor data allowed. the idea is to make money through selling players you can do this through buying and selling, selling current players or bring the youth through the ranks.
Remember you must stay at the one club so selling your best players may not be the way foreward as you will probably end up getting the sack.

I will have 2 leaderboards one for a 5 season career and one for a 10 season career.

To be placed on the leaderboard you must send a screenshot of your clubs transfers for everyseason and manager history.

49% of turnover as profit last season with Villarreal.
 
sounds really good :) i have always loved to do stuff like this :P see how much of a businessman i can be :P

I will gladly be the first entrant, am i okay having 2 players ?
I fancy having one top division side with big margins, and one bottom division side making money by going up divisions and spending that on youth ?
Sounding really good though :)

Should i update after first season ? or wait until the 5th season ?

Id so have won this if it was last years game. I started at united and sold £120m worth of players and only spent £13m would have only been £4m if I hadn't bought khouma babacar on deadline day. I was trying really hard to cancel united debt.

Update it after the first season would be nice to see who you have sold and brought in to make a profit off if your going for the buy and sell technique?? But the money after a few seasons wont be reflective of how you will finish off because you could just sell loads of players

You can have 2 players but no transfers between the clubs but u may loan players

I tried. On LFCs update last year you could sell United players for ridiculous amounts.I got £10m from Blackburn for Darren Gibson and £15m from Real Madrid for Park among others.Lowest fee I got was Gibson.
 
well im being Man United in Prem League and also Welling in the blue square south!

Doubt anyone from man u will wanna go there :P

also im not selling everyone at the end, because i plan on carrying on and seeing how it goes :)
 
I would have been doing brilliantly profit wise, though for my 21/22 season - my second year in the PL, I decided to splash 30m on three players in the summer and January transfer windows. Gutted about spending so much, but seems to be paying off as I'm sitting 4th in the PL in March! Can just taste the champions league glory to come! lol

nice 1 but obviously you have only completed 1 season so you cant be the first on the leaderboard you need to complete 5 seasons then post again but you need to also post the screenshots of your clubs transers for each season! :) good luck with the rest of your game :)
