I would suggest selecting Avoid relegation because it is easily achievable and the amount of money given is reasonable.

Blackpool has one of the poorest facilities in the Premier League. The stadium condition is Poor, it has no Soil Heating, The pitch condition is Ok, and the training facilities are All average...
So what I would suggest doing is ask the board to improve the Training and Youth Facilities and then maybe after a season or two ask them to build a new one.
Blackpool F.C Tactics and training:
For tactics I suggest using ‘’Brobs17 Ultimate 11.3’’ because I think it suits Blackpool style of play.
