Promoted Tactic Help

Sorry if theres already a thread like this;

wondering if anyone knows a good solid tactic for Bristol City in their first season promoted to the Prem. If you could any help would be appreciated. I had a smashing tactic in the championship but didnt work too good in prem so need a new one.
