Promotion/Relegation

If there is a club that is not in the leagues that you have chosen can they still be promoted into a league that is one of those you have chosen?

For instance, I have chosen down to Blue Square and there is a club in the Isthimian league that I want to manage, is it possible for that club to still be promoted to BS even though it's in a league that I haven't selected?

yeah it is, it might take some time though as the process of who gets promoted has an element of randomness to it but yeah they should do. otehrwise teh teams that get relegated from teh bottom league wouldn't get replaced and teh league would shrink by 2 places every year.
