I am making my own club for a bit of a laugh, and I came to do its finances in the editor but I wasn't sure whether to tick the box Public Limited Company. I know in real life this means there are open shares and anyone can invest, but does anyone know how this affects the game? Thanks

I don't think it makes any difference, things will work out the same way. The only difference will be who the game says you pay your profits to, either investors (non-PLC) or shareholders (PLC). I think a PLC might be slightly less likely to recieve cash injections. The difference is marginal though.

i think that if its a public you will receive less money from your share holders as they many not have enough money as a privart owner, however it would also make your club easier to be brought by people so in a couple of years you could get brought over by a very rich man
