qpr first season

i have started a new save in the premiership and i have chosen one of the newly promoted teams (QPR) and i have played the first half of the season and i'm currently sitting in 17th position having not won a game but drew quiet a few but this is mainly down to my 5 in defence and 2 DM as anytime i try a more attacking formation i lose goals for fun can you give me a decent goal scorer and a decent box to box midfielder and a decent DC and i will try and change my formation to a bit more attacking 4-4-2 /4-5-1/ 4-1-2-2-1/ 4-2-1-2-1

John fleck and grant hanley on loan would probably be helpful.Look to get sturridge or welbeck/macheda on loan.
