QPR help!!!!

I started off the game as leeds united, winning league one in my first season and getting them to midtable security by halfway throught the second season which i accepted, then with 8 games left of my third season bottom of the league QPR offered me the job and i accepted as i was 8th with reading. I have now taken them to 16th with one game left however next season the board want me to push for promotion. I have no problem scoring goals however i keep leaking them and need a few centre backs which i can build a team around for my nest season any pointers?

have a look at mats hummels... if i remember rightly you get a healthy ish transfer budget. he may come depending where hes up too.
