QPR season 2012-2013 Good players,, but still cant WIN !! help please

I started a season with sheff wed and got them promoted which was great but unexpectadly i got sacked???
So i took the QPR job as they got relegated into the champ and ive bought brilliant players for the championship but im really struggling with my team gelling together and what tactic to use as im losing to everyone !!
any help greatly appreciated...josh.

current tactic 4-4-2

starting line up at the moment-

P.kenny - gk
L.young - rb
M.connoly - cb
A.ferdinand - cb
G.popov - LB
S.wright-phillips - mr
J.barton - cm
A.taraabt - cm
kidril - Lm
f.cambell -st
j.beckford - st

faurlin injured for 6 months so not used yet

any help would be great thanks
 
also what tactic would work best ive tried a few off here but not succesfull :-)

i know this sounds thick but how do you screen shot on windows ive been brought up on macs u see :-)

Press alt + 9 and it should take a screenshot of the game which you should find in the screenshots folder. Otherwise, press 'print screen' and paste it on paint.

Did you try a 4-2-3-1? Barton could possibly play as a ball winner, although you should try to get a mor defensive CM and use Barton as the passer (Faurlin can be the passer when he's back from injury). Taarabt as a trequartista should flourish, although you'd probably need to get an AML (A loan from a top fivison club is probably a good idea, as there are several options available). You should play a poacher or AF up front, Beckford could probably work, and Bothroyd could be sold IMO.

There are also several 4-2-3-1 tactics here, but I wouldn't know what tactic's the best as I usually make my own.
 
cheers for that ill try it,, i was just at the end of my tether with it lol, as i had tried evrything and have a few injuries. thanks
 
ive tried to tactics for qpr mr hough holding back the years which was great in the cup (now in final after beating chelsea blackburn and bolton) but the leaugue i conceded a lot and wins were few and far between were in 10th postion mind so its not too bad
the second is a 4231 which im trying now three games in beat bolton 6-0 lost to blacknurn 1-0 and beat wolve 5-0
