Qpr Tactics help!!

Well I played qpr for 2 seasons and got rid of most sh... I mean lousy players. However, I still cant get my formation right. I intend to use a 4-5-1 because I sold taraabt for 15m and bought oscar for 12(what a steal!),and also I have only 3 forwards; Podolski(free),Dale Jennings(1.2m) and Cisse.

That is just a rough guess looking at your team and transfers, I will imagine it works but it's hard to judge whether the DR/DL should be a full back or wing back and how Podolski looks as to whether he is an advanced forward or a complete forward (though with wingers a complete forward would be better).
