quailty centre midfielder

im west brom i am near the end of my 4th season in charge and my team is strong, i had a blip at the start which stopped me challenging city, i am now going to finish top 4 with ease.
my team has quailty keepers ospina and begovic
strong defence, but rather weak in depth but kept fit therer amazing
bassong, evans, benetia, kadlec, santon, naughton and boswinga

my centre midfield is weak for my posistion
brunt (who is my best midfielder and is much better then his rating and a club legend) george thorne, danjiel pranjic (leaving at the end of season) and lassana diarra obviously quite weak midfield

my attacking midfield players are strong
kagawa, liajic, perisic, markovic, A johnson, simon *** and a the next joao mountihno wonderkid

my forwards are abel hernandez, carlos fierro and shane long who i want rid of.

i really need suggestions for good creative or denfensive CM for around 15 million and below i will be in 2015-2016 season next. also feel free to offer suggestions on the rest of my team

Defensive CM, have a look at Kara. He's cheap and real quality. Creative midfielders, try and get Christian Eriksen, he is an absolute assist machine.

Try Thiago from FC Barcelona B first. His stats allow him already to be a first team memeber and he grows to be one of the best in the game. My assistant coach tells me he has the potential ability to play like Xavi in the future. If he's too expensive then try Marco Verratti. Very good young talent. At the begginning he won't stand out but If your in 2015 his stats are probably great. If you lucky he might have not transfered. What's great about this kid is that he can play CM DCM & AM naturally. He's a assist monster but also he takes corner kicks really well and he has crazy long range shooting. If he's scoring it's most probably a long range shot. A good way to scout players is to coach the U-19 team in your club too so whenever you have a game versus another U-19 the pre-match analysis tells you who the key player of the other team is. So what I do is scout him for three games and see how mich PA he has. If he has 3.5 or 4 star PA I'll buy him and train him.
