In 2015/16 season and need a quality deep lying playmaker, for any real price. Someone who is not only a good defender but is good going forward, been looking but can't find anyone decent who is no older than 27. Any ideas?
 
How much do you have to spend? Poli, Benat, Fernando (Gremio) would all be quality. If you have the money then M'Vila.
 
can spend anything really? got a current budget of £50m but can be adjusted to £60m
