Quality left back required

Playing with the Villa - i have Warnock who is decent but need a quality left back to replace him. Have about 18m, being the villa i cant attract the top players....thought about Risse but stats are only bout same as warnock - any ideas?

Nadir Belhadj is a good option mate very good attacking shame his defending isnt that great but he is an option and probably cheapish too
