Greetings to all Football Manager fiends,


After a missing out on promtion to the premiership in my first season , i successfully managed to gain promtion success with my second attempt through the play offs

Could anyone give me some advice on how to structure my team for my first campaign in the top flight , ive tried to upload a picture of my squad but i cant seem to get it working,

My recent signings into the top league are shaun wright phillips , johnathan spector , santa cruz and sylvan petrov

Has anyone got any advice ?

Play on the counter-attack, dont try to be two attacking or you will get destroyed, i would suggest a 4-5-1 formation.
 
problem with that though is teams will just come at me hense what has been happening !!!!
 
How have you signed SWP and Santa Cruz? You have a good budget but not that good.
 
im in my third season now and they are both old and wasnt wanted by their clubs
