Question about buying players

Should i buy a player whose attributes are good but the stars given by the scout aren't good enough ??

Its up to you. Scouts arent always reliable.

Scouts will give them stars roughly based on the players CA/PA. A player might have a low CA, but is he has high stats in the right areas you should sign him.
