question about CA/PA

well ive been messing around with fmrte lately.. especially with those boths stats, what i am wondering exactly, if i change a player's CA/PA to something higher without touching the stats, will the player stats raise fast to catch up with the CA?

just messing around some.. ive already played game without using editor, im just checking it out, and imo it really depends on what you like, you play a game to have fun, you have fun editing stuff and checking it out, and ur playing it like how it should be, having fun
