Random question, but has there ever been a team injected with cash Man City style, or have there been teams deducted points and gone into liquidation in Football Manager 2012? (All in-game- not real life stuff.) Has it ever been your team?

PSG have the cash injection method. it just does that so that we dont go on debts for a long time . iirc, even chelsea are the same.

Thanks Aannddyy, does anyone know how this affects these clubs in the game? (Who they sign, how many points deducted and when etc etc.) Is it actually possible for teams to go into liquidation in FM?

well it certainly does, being man city, money is no question :P

Foreground - Will keep pumping money into the club until he leaves.
Background - Will supply money for 1 or 2 promotions/3 or 4 years.
Underwriter - Will only supply money if the club is in danger of bankruptcy.
as for liquidation, never come across them really, but i had instances where a team fails to pay their player wages, and thus the FA punishes them.
