Question about model citizen

hello, i have a little Question and it will really cool if someone could Answer me

so as everyone know the perfect personality in the FM is MODEL CITIZEN . and after a huge search i finally find one

a dude of 31 yeras old

but his abilities is very poor (anyway . i brought him just because of his personality)
so i'm making him tutoring one of my best youth players

and i just want to know if i have any chance that my youth player get a model citizen personality . and if yes how long it will take

p.s: my youth player's bersonality is professional

can my youth player qain it and how long does it take

A little. But if the young player has fairly low determination and the tutee high, it'd probably take a few seasons for the young player to get close to the tutor's determination. Also, a player with high professionalism (as a Model Citizen would be) will not tutor a player with poor professionalism. The tutor and tutee would also need similar personalities, so the young player would probably need to be at least Ambitious, and at best a Professional.

Off topic, but why did they rename that personality from "Model Professional"? Model Professional seems more relevant to me, "Model Citizen" sounds like someone who gives money to charity and recycles all their rubbish.

They didn't. There's still the Model Professional personality, the Model Citizen personality is just one better.
