Question about players who are labeled "the next..."

Does the game randomly choose any player and give them that label? Or is there like some sort of calculation in game (CA/PA?) in order for a player to be labeled as the next messi, ronaldo, etc?

The reason I ask is because I came upon a young goalkeeper who was labeled "the next victor valdes". But when I checked his CA/PA on FMRTE, it was something like 30/46... The CA is one thing, but I naturally assumed the PA would be relatively high because he was labeled as a new victor valdes.

Yeah I have the same question, I have midfielder for West Ham dubbed to be the best Gasciogne.

I have had a few of these appear, most of them I have never heard of though. I have also had Gasciogne (Bostock).

I think the game randomly chooses them though, I have a regen I bought who was a winger with massive amount of pace and no creativity or passing ability, he was labelled as the next Xavi.
