Im new to FM, and struggling with my formation. Some of my players have skills I want to use in defense, but they are rated at midfielders. Is that a problem. Because the game immediate complains about "lack of experience".
So now I wonder, when a player in my team have the position "F(HV)" (Danish setting) does that mean Im getting a hint about where he will do well. Or is he actually experienced in playing defense. Same thing as asking, if a player happens to have stat of 10 in ALL skills, will he be equally good in all positions?
IF players have experience about specific positions, where can I see how much, and how to train them for other positions?
