Working wonders with Nuneaton Town right now. Sitting firmly in 3rd position in the Blue Square Premier the season after winning the BSN playoff to get promoted. I'm in my 3rd season as boss overall after having failed with 5 other clubs. Things seem to be going well here as my loans and free transfers have all worked out quite well. I've got a 4-4-2 system that relies on smart, short passing and possession that really seems to be working well. Currently I'm in January on a 25 match unbeaten run in the league.

Hope to be in League Two next season but my big concern is that I'm still a semi-pro club. Has anyone gotten their semi-pro club up to Professional status? Does it matter all that much?

I assume if I do make the jump this season, given my team's desperate financial status, that we'll be sunk rather quickly. Thanks for any feedback.

It should automatically change when you become a professional club, so that would be when you enter the league, wouldnt it?

No idea - there are professional clubs in the BSP and some in the BSS/BSN so does that mean that they're teams who've come from the Football League?

when you get into the football league you automatically become a proffesional club. but if you do get relagtaed again you will stay as a proffesional club

Thanks guys. I'm willing to earn it. Does it come with any benefits other than the title? Financially or otherwise?

It auto changes. The benfits are just that when you offer contracts its automatically set to pro contrct rather than part time one which is good so all players become full time
