Question about the installments on transfers.

Sorry if this is painful clear and I'm just blind, but when do the 6 month and 12 month installments get paid?

If I pay 20 mil in 3 installments, when are those 3 installments paid? Is it every quarter following the transfer date or something?

Also, is there no 48 month option anymore haha?
