question about the stats feature??

I'm not sure if its in football manager 2009, but there used to be a feature in the game where next to the stat of each player, it would show an arrow going up and an arrow going down depending on whether there stats increased or decreased. I want to know where in the preferences (or wherever) I need to go to to turn that feature back on.

in the player screen (where do you see the stats) on the right at the top you see a "mini menu" where you can choose there "show atribute change"
