question about transfer budget

i'm in my 3rd season...started with fiorentina and after a season and a half i got sacked..after a few weeks i landed a job with ac milan...it was december and i had 20/30M to spend..i spent every single penny in the january window..

now, i was expecting to get more money at the end of the year and when it came to decide what my goal was for the next season i had 2 option..title challenge, and i was offer a transfer budget of 825k, or winner of the serie a with a transfer budget of 975k..considering that i'm trying to rebuild the team (lots of old players and few bad purchases from the past season),how am i supposed to buy new players?

i thought that being at ac milan i would have more money to spent (when i was at fiorentina, they gave me 30M for the summer trasnfer and 20M in the previous january transfer)
 
Milan dont have money first of all. If you want to raise some money, sell some unwanted player. Dont sign everyone who have 3 star rating. Sign those players you need. I think you need a CB, I recommend Kara from Tromso, winger ( well, theres lot of good wingers in the game, im sure you'll find one.) and striker. Check Raikan's Shortlist. If you need a link, just say so.
 
Always try the loans and free transfer first. If they don't work then go buy one or two players you need. You don't need lots of players or else they will not blend in with your squad! One or two or maybe three key players will do. See what your weakness is in team report and improve that.
 
well, i need a fullback,maybe a dm (in case of injuries) and a winger..

i was just surprised that the board at fiorentina gave me more money that ac milan..

Just because AC milan is a good club doesn't mean they are rich.
 
Use Monthly Installaments cause they can help you get around these situations, but only upto 7mil ish cause u still need some money

It really depends on financial status. Some teams "were" rich but they might have done bad in financial and plus Ac milian are normally low on budget like in fm10 :/
