Question: Needs to be solved in ten minutes!

If i sell one of my players his previous club get 50% of the transfer fee. My question is......

If i get the transfer fee in monthly installments rather than up front do they sill get the whole 50%?

P.S The ten mins things is because my internet is awful and usually goes off after about 10 mins!

Also what I've wondered about this is, if you were to sell someone with a profit percentage back, say 25%, if you were to buy the player back do you still get this or is it null?
