Question on simulating matches

I like to holiday through matches because it gets tedious going through matches when you know you will win anyway and its fun to speed through seasons a little bit faster. My problem is that the assistant manager does not use the tactic I normally use (which is called ChicaRoo 4-2-2-2 or something) and just plays a standard 4-4-2, which results in a lot more draws and losses in games I should be winning. Is there any way to make the assistant keep my usual tactic?
