Question real name fixes

What is the difference between simply deleting the 'fake file' compared to doing this ..

And does anyone know if the name fix works with saved games or do you have to start a new game?

not sure...i think we do have to start a new game because my save game germany is still greyed (after deleting the said files for fake..korea.. germany etc) out and kahn is renamed some strange name still, but the german players at clubs like schweinsteiger are normal

It works with saved games too no need to start afresh
