Question regarding a new game in FM10

Hi all,
I have a question regarding starting a new game in FM10...

When you select your league's, and the start date etc. There is an option which says something along the lines of, "Allow transfer budgets in first window?"

Now, I would like to know, does this mean the first window of every season, or just your first ever window, then it goes as normal for the rest of your game. Also, does it mean nobody can buy players... Because I had a vision that clubs would just sell players to get a bit of cash to buy new players.

No, just the very first window. This is for(At least I think) network games, to make it fair and In reality, team have already finished making transfers.

Other teams make transfers, but you can't(dividing fee in months don't work as well), and I have never managed to sell a less quality player when I chose that...

other clubs can loan and get free transfers still and i think it includes all tams

I think its a way that allows you to start the game with real life squads if you want it to be really realistic
