I just signed the young CB Markovic for Watford as he is 18 so I can have him as a home-grown player in 3 years, but as he didn't qualify for a work permit I'm unsure whether he'll become classified as a homegrown player. Does anybody know if he will (if I keep him in the under 23s for the next 3 years rather than loan him out)?
