I have signed Henri Saivet for my Swansea team in the championship in year 2009.

My assistant manager says he has the potential to be a good championship player, but on other games he is amazing.

My question is does the fact that i'm in the championship affect how good the player will be in the future compared to being in the premier league or is my assistant wrong?

he will be good if he gets loadz of games.good training,and good scheldules

Well, generally a player would improve better by being in the Premier League as training facilities are better as are coaches. But if you already have top notch facilities and coaches then it shouldn't make much difference. Also it depends on the schedule you put him on
