Before the season ended I was told I would get a £7m budget and 415k wage budget. However when the season starts I still only have a £3m budget and £350k wage budget.
Has this happened to anyone else?
i played one season as nottingham forest head coach.
i have won sky bet league title. my transfer banned lift this season but i can not buy any player.
when i offer for buying a player i dont get any reaction of his club.
please help me
