i am sorry if i didn't post where it should be posted this thread but how can i train and a club and a national team in the same time if i allready train an club?

Do you mean be a manager of a club and an International Team? If you're already a manager of a club then you can just apply for the job of a National Team if there is a vacancy

Just add more then one manager and choose the teams you want to manage...
Click the FM button in the upper right corner and the you should see that option available...

i don't want to add another manager on my game

No they won't sack you thats only if you go to another club team, not for international though
