Questions about foreign players?

First of all Im managing Barcelona. Im in January first season. Ive just bought 4 regens. 3 from USA and 1 from Russia. All of them are foreign (fgn) and every one of them need about 3000 days to gain nationality.

Is there any way to speed up this? Will brazilians or argentinians also be FGN when they come to Barcelona?
