how many assignements should i give my scouts max.? do they even have a limit or something? atm i give em max. 3 in either the same country or region atleast
I usually pick a region and then the best country in the region for additonal. I also, try to have one at 'home' that is purely for domestic comps/teams/leagues/nexxt opposition (as daft as it sounds but meh).
yea i do 1 for every big country, if this country has only 2 leagues to scout they get a region too. also some for regions only with smaller interesting countrys/leagues.
when i assigned for example portugal and under21 qualification my scout only scouts one of them, and this isn't normal, because in fm 2016 the scout booth
