Quick Question....

i know someone will be able to give me an easy answer for this but i am wondering why when i sign young players it takes so long for them to join my club.......

i'm managing AZ in 2013 and i just signed a youngster from brazil whos 15 but he wont join untill 2016..... will this change his PA.....

so my question is what are the rules about when a player can join....... i have about 10 kids waiting to come but they wont join for ages......

Brazilian players can't move abroad until they are 18 years old so that's why your 15 year old won't be able to join you for 3 years, as for affecting his pa, I shouldn't think it would too much as that club would be training him wether you signed him or not so they must be doing something right.

PA doesn't change, only CA does. And it takes so long because they are not allowed to sign professional contracts until the age of 18. Don't panic, they will still be really talented.
