Hi, i am Fulham first season in the transfer window and Man City just offered me 9 Million for Hangeland should i accept and if i do who is a just as good replacement?

I'd try to get a bit more from them, then depending on budget try to get Shawcross (~12m) or Phil Jones(~14m) in to replace him.

Like he said, Shawcross and Jones are brilliant replacements and in the second season, real cheap defender, brilliant to guillermo Burdisso, currently on loan at roma but second season you can get him and hes brilliant!! hold out for around 12 million

i have tried they just withdraw i saved it at the original offer thoough

take the money and try and sign someone on the cheap then re invest in other areas. try jordan spence for around 1.5-2 million
