Quique setien tactics

Does anyone have a tactic for Quique's betis team in FM 19? I am looking to recreate the 3-4-2-1 or the 3-4-1-2 that he utilizes.

I'm struggling to find a good 4-3-3 Barcelona-Ajax style. It could fit the formation Setien currently plays in terms of instruction but I struggle a lot with this year's ME. Few goals, lack of creativity...
