i was thinking arsene wenger would be happy with this. because arsenal is full of home grown players? i am really suprised with this. its understandable for liverpool but arsenal have like 12 home grown players at current squad.

but arsene like the foreign players and that had always been the case. wont be much of a problem for chelsea and utd i like the idea.

I think it's just because he would like the freedom to sign who he wants and build a team the way he wants and not have to build a team a certain way.

i think it is beacuse he needs to pay money for english players now, instead if poaching kids from europe
