Radestock's Background Seclector Mod - Needed !

Has anybody got a link to this at all? I have been looking everywhere and cannot find it, so if anybody has a link or knows where I can find it, or even one similar it would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

I got the neue2 skin working on FM11 and the background selector worked so maybe take it from that skin?
