Rafael / Fabio / Evra

Ok so I know that Rafael and Fabio become Mega Stars. And Evra is good already.
I play a 3-1-2-1-3 so they will never get games. No-one is ever going to turn into a megastar without first team football are they? I'm not too sure what to do with them. Dont want to sell but yeh :/ Suggestions?

Loan out Fabio and rotate Rafael.

Sell Evra or train him to become Left mid, if your planning on using wingerst that is, as for the da silva twins sell em off after a season out on loan

loan out Fabio (as you have Evra already) and play Rafael in rotation with Neville to get him 1st team experience
