Lets get started, I have decided to take on the pentegon challenge, basically starting unemployed with sunday league experience, win all 5 continental champions leagues. My variations on standard rules are merely that i can sign players from other countries.
To start I loaded South Africa, Australia, India, Singapore, South Korea, Denmark, England, France, Germany, Holland, Ireland, Italy, Scotland, Wales, Mexico, USA, Argentina and Brazil. I loaded every division available in these countries with a medium database. My start date was June 2011.

2nd I applied for all vacancies(30 in total)
3rd I receive 10 Job offers, I decide to take a job with Inceon Korail I have a contract til the end of the season in december on £650 p/w. Korail are currently 3rd in the league 6 points off the leaders, a transfer budget of £54,000 and wage budget of £6.5k p/w currently spending £4.48k p/w and have already been knocked out of the FA Cup with the National League Cup starting later this month.
Initial Club Assessment
Staff - not great attributes 1 ***. Man, 1 Coach, 1 Physio, and 1 Scout
GK - 2 Poor goalkeepers, need replacing
Def - Lacking full backs, but centre backs seem reasonable
Mid - Good CMs
Str - 1 Good 2 Average
Overall - No strength in Depth, decent 11 otherwise poor
4th Mokpo 2 - 4 Korail N-League Att. 227
Good performance, lots of shots on target, good level of conditioning. Ha Seung-Yong looks a very promising striker

Took our chances well. Seung-Yong got a hat-trick

Dominated game, goalkeeper mistake at end cost us goal, however we qualified for quarter final
26th Busan 1-3 Korail (AET) N-League Cup quarter-final Att.2,788
Very even game. conceded 87th minute equalised 90th and got two more in extra time, thrilling match, minor heart tremors as a manager though. Players very tired at end of match.
28th Korail 0-4 Suwon N-League Cup semi-final Att. 639
Players very tired, performance was there just didnt finish and the opposition did. disappointing to lose at this stage of a competition
