Rangers Help

I am halfway through my first season as Rangers and I'm very inconsistent :/

One week I beat Hibs 8-2 and the next I lost 1-0 to Kilmarnock.

Just cant find a good tactic for the team

Any advice welcomed

Tactics are either

4-3-3 with defenders playing deep
4-1-1-2-2 (Jorge Jesus Style) tactic


With the signings I thought I would do well but its not working out

What is your starting team, bear in mind that your team don't know each other well with the new signings.

Complacency is always an issue with Rangers in the game playing against smaller teams try using In game instructions such as Retain possession pass ball to feet etc,

DC - Webster
DC - Bougherra
MC - Davis
MC - Edu
AR - Albrighton
AL - Kakuta
AC - Weiss
ST - Naismith (Miller is injured and so is Jelavic)

Good team aswell, Try set your team to Very Fluid, Attacking, Direct passing, Focus passing down both flanks.
