RAR files not showing up in game

Every time I load additional leagues that are RAR files, they dont show up when i look in the editor data files when i start the game.
I dont have this problem when I load leagues that are in the format of DBC and XML.

Anyone else had this problem and have found out what the problem is after, its probably something stupid but its really annoying.

I found out that the file needed to be unzipped and it is now working... Please close this post mods

Where do you put download xml files? downloaded a file for a scenario but the system doesn't seem to pick it up.
