Rate my team – Any positions to strengthen?

Hi all,

Liverpool save 2nd season transfer window. 5th place - currently 5 points off 1st. Using 4,4,2 / 4,2,3,1 & 4,3,2,1 Defensive.

Got £80m to play with and apart from Gotze not made any big purchases. I a close to FFP wage limit so willing to sell Gotze as he has not set the world alight. Do have Zivkovic/Maia out on loan so can bring them back.

G - Horn, Ward
LB -Zeca, Moreno
RB - Flanagan, Clyne
CB - Skrtel. Sakho, Gomez, Balanta, Otamendi
DM - Rossiter, Lucas Romero
CM- Henderson, Joe Allan, Sheyi Ojo
AM - Gotze
LW - Coutinho, Wilson
RW - Pisto, Ibe
S - Baloelli, Origi, Ings

Any reccomendations on positions/players?

Theres a player called Ronny Lopes i think he plays for Monaco, well he does in my save 4 seasons in, i loaned him in 3rd season and was a beast AM, shouldnt be too expensive, I would also sign a good striker as i dont rate any of they 3 whatsoever, Dybala, Morata id go for if possible

I'd look at a new striker and right back

Maybe De Sciglio at RB or see if Danilo from Madrid is unhappy (was on mine after a season!)

Stiker have a look at the usuals, Malcom, Barbosa, Jovic and like Steven says, Morata and Dybala are class

If you need an English option to help with the squad regulations, Zac Clough on my save (5th season Aston Villa), has been so good for me for the past 3 seasons, got a bit of everything.

G - Horn, (New backup, it's a long season to suddenly find yourself with just ward between the sticks)
LB -Zeca, Moreno(All good)
RB - Flanagan, Clyne(Maybe swap out flanagan, he's a bit slow, although his mentals can make up for it)
CB - Skrtel. Sakho, Gomez, Balanta, Otamendi(Balanta is nowhere near as awesome in this FM, mammana, kempf, baumgarti would be better options to name a few)
DM - Rossiter, Lucas Romero(Wallace from gremio is awesome, best dm I've had so far)
CM- Henderson, Joe Allan, Sheyi Ojo(Allen and ojo(at this stage) are not good enough for a team that boasts gotze in its ranks)
AM - Gotze(Oliver, Lincoln(Best youngster on the game), odegaard(if possible), correa would all be great back-up)
LW - Coutinho, Wilson(Wilson?)
RW - Pisto, Ibe (Ibe's really not as good on FM as some would make him out to be)
S - Baloelli, Origi, Ings(Belotti, Milik,Berardi, Embolo, Balde Keita - Just a few names to consider)

G - Horn, Ward - Buy a world class GK but not essential.
LB -Zeca, Moreno - Fine, Moreno is handy going forward.
RB - Flanagan, Clyne - As above.
CB - Skrtel. Sakho, Gomez, Balanta, Otamendi - Get rid of everyone at 30 and Gomez isn't good enough.
DM - Rossiter, Lucas Romero - Romero for back up, Rossiter isn't good enough, use Maia instead after his loan.
CM- Henderson, Joe Allan, Sheyi Ojo - Need 4 CM's minimum, rid of Ojo and buy two CM's. Regens?
AM - Gotze - Sell Gotze as planned, play Coutinho here and buy a regen for back up.
LW - Coutinho, Wilson - Wilson? Anyway, Zivkovic here and bring in Malcolm from Brazil, immense.
RW - Pisto, Ibe - Two new RW, maybe 1 if you want Ibe for back up.
S - Baloelli, Origi, Ings - If they work, keep em. If not, sell.

Gomez and Ibe are real good talents and amongst the best English ones.
