Ravel Morrison

Have any of you tried with Ravel Morrison on FM 14 yet? I have just finished my first season as WH and he doesnt seem to have improved at all (but is still 4* potential). He never seems to improve in training (currently training him as trequartiste on average), and no-one wants to tutor him. Is it just his lack of determination and professionalism?

Anyone had any luck with him to date?

I have reached my 3rd season of a West Ham save, he has 3 star potential and averages 20-25 appearances (mainly as a sub) and so for his average every season is 6.8 at most.

I played him every game on my first season with minimal progression, very disappointing!

Second season & he's having good & bad spells (mainly good). Picking up Young Player Of The Month a few times I've noticed.
Plays center attacking mid as an advanced playmaker.

Ravel was one of my best players in a very underwhelming first season. Think he averaged about 7.2 and got young player of the month around 5 times, but he just isn't progressing stat wise!
