RB needed - Everton 6th season

I'm about to start my 6th season with Everton. My only real weak spot is at right back.

I currently have Rafinha, he's good going forward but his defending is shaky and he commits a shedload of fouls because of it.

I really want Cesar Azpilicueta, but Marseille want around £40-45m for him which i think is ridiculous.

So basically i want a right back who can support the attack but be solid at the back. He needs to be fairly young, 27max.

I want to spend around £25m tops

in the 6th season you could find a world class Rb regen

or you could try:

ah thats a shame you have found someone mate, cause i was going to suggest fagner from vasco de gama (he was touted as the next daniel alves at the beginning), i got him for 7.5 million in my newcastle save and im 8 seasons in and he is a quality RB, he is attack minded but also a brilliant defender, he bosses the whole right hand side of my pitch, barca want him, ive just turned down a 31 million bid haha
